Getting Better with Moonshine

Laxbakelse med Avokado och Pear
Pinjetnotter Sallad
Sottpotato Fries med Spicy Garlic Aioli dipping sauce

I've been learning to cook in Swedish with the help of Moonshine. Lara (learning) grams och (and) metro system and msk, tsk, so forth.

I wasn't feeling very well, so as I sat at the kitchen table, dela (dicing) and karna (slicing) the ingredients for the avocado puree, which was a combination of rodlok (red onion), kajennpeppar, lime, pear, och creme fraiche. Moonshine prepared the sottpotatos (sweet potatoes) and laggar (laid) ut (out) kallrokt lax (lox). The spinach sallad with pinjetnotter (pine nuts) was supposed to have a honey balsamic dressing, but I used all the honey that day attempting to sooth my cough with tea -- so we improvised. I made a aioli with the left over creme friache, mayonnaise, cayenne, corriander, garlic, pepper and lime, which was super yummy and we used olivolja (olive oil) salt och svartpeppar (black pepper) for the salad. All in all it turned out jattabra (super good). And the best part about it was cooking with Moonshine in his gul (yellow) flowery apron.
